Strategic Planning Training for GCC Organizations
Instructor-led strategic planning and execution programs delivered across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and the Gulf. Aligned to Vision 2030 and national transformation objectives.
Request a ProposalTheSkillGrid provides live, instructor-led strategic planning and execution training for organizations, managers, and professionals. Public, live-online, and private delivery are treated as different buying situations, and private programs can be adapted around participant roles, organizational priorities, and the working context of the cohort.
GCC organizations often need strategy to remain usable across fast growth, transformation programs, multiple business units, and changing stakeholder expectations. The training should therefore connect analysis and strategic choices to ownership, resource allocation, execution, and review rather than ending with a strategy document.
Programs Relevant to This Need
Strategic Planning and Execution
the core program for leaders and strategy teams responsible for building or refreshing organizational strategy.
Change Management and Organizational Transformation
useful when strategy execution depends on significant organizational adoption and change.
Advanced Leadership and Executive Presence
relevant when senior leaders need stronger alignment, influence, communication, and execution leadership.
What TheSkillGrid Customizes
The course framework gives the program a clear capability structure, but private delivery does not need to remain generic. Before an in-house or customized cohort is confirmed, the program sponsor can identify the business need, participant level, current challenges, and the situations in which stronger capability is expected to improve performance.
Participant profiling can then be used to calibrate examples, discussion, exercises, and application work. For organizational cohorts, the facilitator can also be briefed on terminology, operating context, and the management or governance practices the organization already uses. The goal is not to rename a standard deck. It is to make the application layer of the program relevant to the people attending.
Delivery Options
Public Classroom
Public classroom cohorts are listed when dates and locations are confirmed. If no future session is currently available, participants can register interest in the next cohort rather than relying on an unconfirmed date.
Live Online
Live-online programs are instructor-led in real time and can support professionals or distributed teams that cannot attend the same physical venue. They are not pre-recorded self-paced courses.
In-House and Customized
Organizations can request private delivery for their own cohort. Timing, format, examples, exercises, and emphasis can be adapted to the group. A standard customized course normally starts from five participants, while multi-course organizational bundles can be designed for groups from the same organization.
How to Choose the Right Program
Start with the capability problem rather than the course title. Identify what participants need to do differently after the program, which situations are currently difficult, how experienced the group is, and whether the need is individual or organizational. That information makes it easier to choose the right course and avoid sending participants to a program that is too basic, too advanced, or too generic.
For a private cohort, TheSkillGrid can recommend an existing course framework or a combination of programs after reviewing the participant profile and organizational objectives. If the requirement spans several capability areas, a training bundle may be more appropriate than a single course.
For HR and L&D Buyers
When training is sponsored by an organization, the evaluation should go beyond the course agenda. Consider participant level, application to real work, facilitator fit, delivery format, the quality of pre-course diagnosis, and what participants will take back into the workplace. TheSkillGrid’s intended process is Needs Assessment, Program Design, Live Delivery, and application-focused follow-up.
Pricing and Scheduling
Course pages show the working standard public price for the stated market where applicable. Confirmed sessions can have location-specific pricing. VAT or other applicable taxes are excluded unless stated otherwise. In-house and customized programs are quoted separately based on participant count, location, timing, language, and customization requirements.
No page should imply that a public cohort is scheduled unless a real future session has been confirmed. If you need a specific date or location, contact TheSkillGrid to check public availability or discuss a private cohort.
Discuss Your Training Requirement
If you already know the program you need, send the course name, participant count, preferred location or online format, and timing. If you are still deciding, describe the capability problem and participant group instead. Contact TheSkillGrid to discuss the appropriate route.
